These pure Arabica beans originate partly from the island of Bali, Indonesia and partly from the Santos region, Brazil. The Balinese beans are organically grown and dried with the flesh of the berry around it and are dark burned. This brings the caramel and cognactones above. Mixing with the Santos, the coffee gets a slightly sweet, fruity taste.
